Returns & Store Credit

We want you to feel confident shopping with us.

If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns for store credit within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Free of makeup, deodorant, or any signs of wear
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit to use on a future purchase. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email apfashionshop4@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted

Damages or Issues

All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your item (if eligible). Once your store credit is issued, you can place a new order.
